Shipping & Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the replica item you received, you may return it for an exchange under the following conditions:1. In which circumstance, we provide replacement?
A: If customer finds that the item is not the same as actual picture or description, or there are some defects or broken on item, we provide replacement, and Return request must be no later than 3 business days from the day you received it. We will NOT give the compensation and resend fee when you ship back item to us. When you ship back the item, please send the Tracking Number to us by email. Please make sure that you pack the items well and no damage of them. We will NOT provide any replacement if we receive the damaged return items made by shipping cause.
B. If you find you have not been interested in certain items, we don't provide replacement.
C. When you received goods, and find defective items, you should tell us in next 3 days. We can not verify defective item which is what we provide, or broken by customer after a long time. So it is difficult to adjudge who charges the liability.
D: When no quality issue is involved, the return shipping fees would be at the expense of the client. Moreover, we would apply a restocking fee per returned item. Restocking fees are USD 50 per replica bag and USD 30 per replica wallet/scarf/belt. Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging.
E. When we received your damaged item which sent back, we will verify whether returned item is in good condition or not. We will ship new replacement to you by EMS/DHL (some special countries). Shipment takes 8 - 14 days.
F. If you place a new order, and shipped by express, we will put replacement together in one package.
2. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees and associated cost with the Site in a timely manner with a valid payment method.
3. When the items are signed by someone according to the record shown on the delivery system, we are supposed that you will receive the items. That is not our responsibility if the parcel is picked by anybody else. You had better go to the post office and request the post officer to send parcel to the right guy.

Our process by the bank will take about 12-14 working days. You can ask for details in your local bank.
Please keep in mind that what you purchase are replicas, and not genuine bags! Although our replicas are 99.9 % similar to the originals, there are still some minor differences. Otherwise we would be advertising genuine bags!
